I landed in Detroit yesterday, there was a guy on the plane that seemed disoriented and generally just not in good shape. Later as I'm waiting in line to go through the customs-form check (came from the Netherlands), they've got the guy in a wheel chair with a mask over his nose/mouth. I imagine its just a precaution, but if I get terribly ill, Delta airlines WILL be my first call. Haha.

Faygo & a Coney is the appropriate answer. Or he's REALLY early for NAIAS.

Connecting flight? Detroit is actually a pretty big hub for Delta and a nice airport these days. Plus they handle a lot of the international flights coming from Amsterdam Schipol Airport which is probably where he flew through since he was coming from the Netherlands. So if you're flying to the Midwest and coming from Europe there is a good chance your first landing in the US is going to be Detroit.
